We process and ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from JOLLY&FREES containing your tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to check your order status. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
If your order contains multiple items, your products may arrive in separate packages due to warehouse availability.
Holiday Shipping Notice
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, shipping times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ensure your order arrives safely.
Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update your shipping information before your order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will assist you with the next steps.
JOLLY&FREES is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
